Coaching is a great choice if you want to improve your effectiveness and performance and achieve your full potential, but are not interested in psychotherapy. Coaching is collaborative. Typically, a coaching session is a conversation between us during which you share the challenges you are having and specific goals and outcomes you desire and I help guide you to discover a solution. I offer tools and support for these solutions.

Coaching is a good option if you’re already doing deep insight work with a psychotherapist and you want a different kind of support while changing specific patterns of behavior and/or implementing new skills and routines.

Here are some examples of issues that can be addressed during coaching sessions:

  • Stress reduction in work and/or life
  • Determining next steps in your career
  • Achieving a better balance between work life and home life
  • Improving time management to achieve all you want in life
  • Developing morning routines and habit stacks
  • Improving relationships
  • Establishing healthy sleep habits
  • Establishing healthy eating patterns
  • Building confidence

In addition to talking about your goals, as part of the solution, I practice and am trained to teach:

Emotional Freedom Technique (also called EFT and Tapping). Tapping is an excellent and easy-to-learn tool for managing stress, anxiety, and PTSD. It is also helpful for improving concentration. (do you have a certification you want to mention?)

Meditation. I am a certified IAM meditation teacher., and I also can teach a variety of meditation practices.

Breathing. Learning simple breathing techniques can help you feel calmer in stressful situations and improve your physical health.

Yoga. I am a certified yoga teacher and can help you develop a simple home practice.
