Sahaja taught the IAM meditation course to my local community group, Sages, for people over 55. We all have differing levels of fitness, mobility and memory. Sahaja did a great job of modifying parts of the simple physical relaxation movements (she showed us how they can all be done seated in a chair) so that the meditation could be practiced by all of us. Sahaja’s teaching style is clear and the 3-hour course was well paced so I never felt restless. We left with easy to follow handouts so we could continue practicing meditation at home. Whenever I do the 20 minute meditation practice, I feel great! Sahaja has made herself available to answer questions that arise—even after the course is over.
